i wish it were (500) days of summer...

so, the one christmas i actually have plans to leave the state, it decides to snow +16 inches. fml.
this always happens to me.

hear's the lowdown:
marching lynx's plans are to go to san diego 12 pm dec 26 until jan 2.
what happens?
more snow.
just my luck.
which unfortunately caused our trip to delayed first until 4 pm, then 7 pm, and now! 6 am tomorrow morning! this is getting ridiculous. this is exactly why i don't like sodak. or winter. bleh.


so first bo, now the band trip. what's next, school?! i don't even want that cancelled. because snow days = no "spring break." anymore than 2 snow days = less summer, which i definitely don't want.
oh, and i didn't get to go to my grandparent's house for christmas this year. :( which meant no christmas dinner for tressa.

i just want to leave now. i keep packing and repacking and repacking my suitcase, in hopes that i can fit more stuff in it. haha. so far, i can't believe it's holding up. i'm impressed.

also, i watched (500) days of summer again today. the movie just keeps getting better and better. :) and now i'm watching the incredibles, which i've seen sooo many times, so it doesn't keep getting better and better, but it's close.

i'm gonna go repack my suitcase and pack my lunch for tomorrow.
hopefully, i won't see you until the new year! 2010, here i come.

i hate snow. snow hates me.

i have waited over 200 days for my life to be completed on dec. 8 2009. (yesterday, for all ye dummies :) )

why was your life finally going to be completed on this date? because i would see bo burnham live.

was your life completed yesterday? no.

why wasn't your life completed yesterday? because of snow.
a snow storm cancelled bo burnham's show. i hate hate hate snow.
i'm not even happy we have a snow day today.

...take that back, i kinda am. i really needed some sleep. also, considering i have been SO incredibly busy the past 2 weeks, i have had no time to study for the act this saturday. it's going to be awful.

anyways. i'm seriously hoping bo is rescheduled for tomorrow (thursday) because then i could miss marching band rehearsal. also, we have a 2 hour late start friday for teacher's inservice. it works out perfectly!

so. last friday we had winter formal. it was dece. i ate delicious food with fun people before i went to the dance. but. the dance was definitely a let down. the dj sucked. the grease remix and then footloose?! you've gotta be kidding me. also, he played alot of country, which i despise. and because i bought my dress over a year ago, it didn't fit me as well as it did the 13 months before when i bought it. (i didn't go last year, and that's a longgggg story that you don't wanna hear.) oh well, i bought some kick ass stilettos that matched perfectly to the dress. and i styled my hair all taylor swift like. fun.
